This is very sad to read. The child's interest should always be top priority.

This reminds me of a recent news article where the body of a 2 yr old was found in a trash can. That little boy's father was fighting for custody and had a difficult time. Mom had full custody and she and her bf are responsible for his death.

We have to protect children at all cost. They are the innocent ones.
